HSE Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Manager, Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) to manage and implement HSE programs for Singapore, in alignment with Group and Divisional Safety & Sustainability standards. The role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting operational safety, managing workplace risks, and promoting a strong safety culture across all sites. This position works closely with operations teams, site leaders, and regulatory authorities to support safe and compliant daily operations. . Implement and maintain HSE management systems, policies, and procedures . Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (MOM, SCDF, NEA, LTA) . Perform Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) duties under MOM requirements . Investigate incidents, near misses, and occupational illnesses and prepare reports .
