Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE:
The job holder will be responsible for driving HSE compliance at plant level and overseeing the Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System activities. The HSE Officer is accountable for identifying hazards, reducing risks, and preventing accidents. In addition, the job holder will monitor key safety performance indicators, including LTIs (Lost Time Injuries), total recordable incident rates, and near-misses.
