HSE OFFICER
Location: Tarlac, Philippines
Activity: Dynamic Compaction (Ground Improvement)
The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures on the dynamic compaction project, ensuring compliance with Menard’s global standards, client requirements, and Philippine regulations.
In addition to HSE duties, this role provides immediate first aid response and supports emergency preparedness on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Menard’s HSE policies and procedures on site.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing control measures for site activities.
