Zahr Freighters is seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Officer to join our team in Dubai . In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees, contractors, and visitors by implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain all HSE documentation and procedures, including the HSEMS system on-site. Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures to ensure a safe work environment. Initiate and organize HSE training and Toolbox Talks (TBTs) for pilots, employees, visitors, and contractors. Perform safety walkabouts in the depot to prevent unsafe acts and conditions, reporting any anomalies. Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, and propose corrective actions.
