Position Summary
We are seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist with a strong focus on ergonomics to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on EHS generalist who has practical experience performing ergonomic assessments and working directly on the shop floor.
This is not a highly specialized or certification-heavy role—real-world ergonomics experience in a manufacturing setting is the priority.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform and validate ergonomic assessments on the production floor based on established design guidance
• Identify risk factors and recommend ergonomic improvements to reduce injury and improve efficiency
• Deliver EHS and ergonomics-related training to shop floor employees
• Support implementation and rollout of ergonomics programs within manufacturing operations
• Act as a liaison between EHS leadership, engineers, and production teams
