Administration of the AMS System
- AMS Custodian
- System administration
- Assigning document numbers
- Actioning document requests
- AMS Monthly Report
- System integration activities
Administration of and data collation from the AIR System
- AIR Custodian
- AIR Statistics Weekly Report to Head of HSEQ Australia
- Weekly AIR Reports and follow ups
- Actions Report
- Incidents Report
- Assurance Report
- Quality Report
- Planned Activities Report
Provision of periodical and ad hoc reporting requirements
- Slides / statistics for monthly meetings (ALT, OpCo etc.)
- Carbon Footprint Reporting assistance
Provision of support for internal and external audits
