Job Description
To provide administrative, coordination, and documentation support to the HSQE Department. Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the Company’s HSQE Management Systems in compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Support DPA in administration and maintenance of HSQE Management Systems.
- Maintain accurate HSQE documentation, records, and databases.
- Coordinate HSQE communication and follow-up with vessels and shore departments.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO, Flag State, and Company standards.
- Coordinate HSQE correspondence with vessels and internal stakeholders relating to:
- Monthly HSQE reports
- Safety statistics and KPI data
- Internal and external audits
