Job Description
We’re looking for Rev Ops Specialists to design smarter systems—connecting tools, data, and automation across the entire Hub Spot ecosystem. Design and implement scalable Hub Spot CRM architectures Plan automation flows, lifecycle stages, handoffs, and lead qualification systems Configure workflows, routing, and syncing across Hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, Ops) Collaborate with developers to scope integrations with ERPs, data lakes, or telephony tools Support reporting and attribution setup across the funnel Consult on Rev Ops strategy: process alignment, lifecycle management, and CRM governance Document data models, field logic, and workflow structure Stay updated on Hub Spot automation features, API limits, and Ops Hub capabilities Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of CRM, Rev Ops, or Marketing Ops experience Strong experience designing logic within Hub Spot, especially across multiple Hubs Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, Net Suite, Sage, and custom ERPs (for integration ...
