Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
- 4 6 years of relevant HR experience with previous experience as HR Manager
- Broad knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Knowledge of talent and recruitment management
- Knowledge of performance management principles and procedures
- Knowledge of local regulations and legislation related to area of work
- Knowledge of administration processes
- Sound knowledge of relevant HR systems
- Understanding of project management principles
