Minimum requirements for the role Must have a National Senior Certificate with a post matric tertiary qualification in Human Capital, Industrial Psychology or related field; A postgraduate qualification in Human Capital or Industrial Psychology is advantageous Minimum 5-7 years’ Human Capital experience across multiple HC operational disciplines Demonstrated experience in supervising, coaching or leading Human Capital staff Proven experience in compliance, governance and audit-related Human Capital activities Strong working knowledge of labour legislation, Human Capital policies and governance frameworks Detail oriented person with the ability to identify and manage projects The successful candidate will be responsible for Overseeing multiple Human Capital operational functions across business units and geographies.
