Summary:
The Human Experience Analyst reports to . Under general supervision and within Lifespan established policies the Analyst analyzes evaluates manages reports and consults on various sources of team member and patient experience (otherwise known as the Human Experience). Statistically supports the evidence-based development and implementation of TMHs improvement agenda for patient experience and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Develops and improves performance measurement strategies methodologies and activities. Performance measurement strategies methodologies and activities may include but are not limited to the identification of performance metrics the identification of primary and secondary data sources and data management (i.e. developing and appropriately manipulating electronic performance data repositories to support departmental analytic activities for the human experience).
