Job Description Assist with employee engagement initiatives, resolve employee grievances, counsel employees Involvement in recruitment efforts, including placing job ads, selecting candidates, and managing interview and related administrative process Build strong and positive work relationship with employee Work closely with the authorities and ensure compliance of HR policies & procedures in Singapore Preparation of organization orientation for new staffs Required to go onsite for training and evaluation duties Doing of payroll process and claims Involved of IR21/IR8A Liaising with schools (ITEs, Polytechnics, or private institutions) to get students for internship Ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field Possess a Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration-related discipline Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision Team player
