Human Resource Admin Support (Clarke Quay)
Seeking a temporary HR Administrative Support to assist various functions within the HR Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Support recruitment processes, including coordinating interview schedules with applicants via phone and email
- Assist in administering written tests, data entry, and e-filing of recruitment documents
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, shredding, and logistical support for HR activities
- Perform other ad hoc HR-related duties as required
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Meticulous, thorough, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in customer service, administrative work, or event support is an advantage
