Job Description- Counselling staff on off‑boarding matters especially for those who still wish to continue employment but not offered employment by institution
- Working with institution to manage the off‑boarding due to request from staff to end employment with varying dates (e.g. end earlier to save rental cost)
- Addressing staff enquires and varying request for the air ticket arrangements, working with recruitment agent for quotation for air ticket and managing logistics for repatriation
- Processing cheque requisitions for ticket reimbursements and liaising with to bill the expenses on top of norm cost
- Extensive administrative work with provision of P-files, leave records, claims utilisation, salary and contract information for transfer staff
