Key Responsibilities
Talent Supply Planning
- Support workforce planning by validating manpower requirements, identifying talent gaps, and coordinating with external talent sources.
Performance & Competency Management
- Align divisional goals with organizational targets.
- Manage competency frameworks and support competency assessments across the workforce.
