Medipost Pharmacy is looking for a professional, disciplined and self-driven individual to join their dynamic HR Team in a capacity of a HR Business Partner. The successful individual will be placed in Western Cape (CDU).
Main Responsibilities Serve as link between management and employees by handling queries, interpreting and helping resolve Human Resources (HR) related matters. Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units and operational managers. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (i.e. coaching, counselling, career development, etc.).
