The HRD is responsible for leading the Company’s human resources strategy while supporting overall management and overseas operations. This role serves as a key bridge between Group strategy and local execution, ensuring compliance, organisational effectiveness, and sustainable talent development, while also contributing to business and market growth initiatives where appropriate.
