Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to manage comprehensive HR operations for our new nursing home in Kaki Bukit, opening in 2027. You are required to start work at our existing branch in Hougang.
You will support recruitment, payroll, compliance, and staff welfare to ensure smooth HR functions.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate qualified staff effectively
- Administer work pass applications and renewals to ensure legal compliance for foreign employees
- Coordinate Singapore Nursing Board applications and registrations to maintain staff certification standards
- Process claims reimbursement accurately to support employee benefits
- Maintain and update leave and attendance records to track staff availability and compliance
