Human Resource Executive (Payroll experience)
Location: Defu Lane (Near Kovan MRT)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm
Salary : Up to $3400
Responsibilities- Handles recruitment matters such as job posting, conducting interview, preparation of employment contract and onboarding
- Maintain & update employee personal files
- Manages foreign workers matters such as work pass matters: applications, renewals, cancellation and etc. and accommodation matters.
- Handle staff training schedule and liaise with trainers regarding availability to conduct classes.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to meet staff training needs
- Handle submission for government training grants and staff absentee payroll claims
- Responsible for staff welfare activities coordination and request for event quotation
