About the Role
- Perform work pass application/renewal, confirmation assessment, re‑employment/contract renewal, and timely updates of employees’ records in HRIS.
- Handle operational matters for off‑boarding.
- Act as liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations.
- Provide HR advisory service to employees and stakeholders in all operational related matters and ensure smooth resolution of HR queries.
- Handle and follow up on employee‑employer related matters independently.
- Handle all government statutory surveys and corppass administrations.
- Recommend and implement improvements for HR & Admin processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
