Responsibilities:
. Performa broad range of HR functions, with a focus on employee benefits, staff engagement,and creating a positive employee experience.
. Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and best practices
. Provide sound HR advisory and support to management and staff, exercising professionalism and good judgment
. Partner with leadership to foster a positive work environment that supports employee growth and development
. Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment laws and regulations
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
. Support HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
Requirements:
. Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
. At least 3 years of relevant HR experience across multiple HR functions
