Job Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support and guidance to stakeholders to strengthen organisational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with employment legislation and tripartite guidelines.
- Manage recruitment activities, including coordination with recruitment agencies, direct sourcing, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
- Support employee offboarding processes, including exit coordination and documentation.
- Plan and organise employee training and development programmes.
- Monitor and follow up on employee confirmations, contract renewals, and other HR lifecycle activities.
