On-Boarding- Prepare all necessary on-boarding process for new employees, including work pass application (if applicable), signing of all necessary documents (letter of appointment, non-disclosure agreement & etc.) and other related tasks
- Create & maintain physical & digital employee folder
- Follow-up timely on all probation dates & performance reviews for necessary review
- Introduce new employee to all colleagues
- Review, identify & propose areas to improve all on-boarding processes
- Performs administration of all HR functions which includes insurance, medical, compensation & benefits
- Propose & identify areas of potential to strengthen the perks for employees welfare
- Administrate leave programs, maintain paperwork
