Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR strategy and operations Drive manpower planning and support business growth objectives Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and Ministry of Manpower requirements Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices Strengthen workforce management, including foreign workforce governance Partner with management to enhance organizational performance and team capability Requirements
Degree in HR, Business or related field 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction/engineering Strong knowledge of Singapore labour regulations Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment
