Job Description
Job Responsibilities: . Manage monthly payroll processing for multiple client accounts . Ensure accurate and timely salary computation, CPF contributions, and statutory deductions . Handle yearly AIS (Auto-Inclusion Scheme) submissions to IRAS . Process IR21 tax clearance for foreign employees . Prepare payroll reports, payslips, salary payment and reconciliations for clients . Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data confidentiality . Liaise with clients regarding payroll matters and statutory compliance . Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF Board, and IRAS regulations . Support onboarding and offboarding payroll administration Requirements: . Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field . Minimum 1-2 years of payroll or HR experience . Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software . Familiar with CPF, MOM, and IRAS regulations . Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems . Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
