Job Description . Manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, with basic support on accounting tasks . Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations . Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including leave management, recruitment coordination, and preparation of employment contracts . Process monthly payroll and prepare payroll-related reports for finance reconciliation . Oversee office operations, including planning and managing supplies, pantry inventory, and related expenses . Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries and provide guidance on HR matters, including basic disciplinary counselling when required .
