Responsibilities- Steward, plan, develop and implement HR management programs and processes in the Singapore Office, including recruitment and selection, orientation, compensation and benefits, talent engagement and performance management, member care and staff welfare, training and organizational development, through to service end and exit for staff, missionaries and volunteers.
