What The Role Is You will be part of the team of HR business partners supporting designated business groups, providing HR strategic advice and solutions across HR domains including strategic workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, talent management, learning & development and guidance on HR policies, processes and programmes. What You Will Be Working On You will serve as a strategic liaison between corporate HR and business groups, establishing a strong partnership with the group's management team in implementing HR initiatives and programmes. This role requires you to understand business needs and adopt a proactive and consultative approach with business groups in the continual review of HR policies and programmes, factoring in both business needs and organisational directions.
