Manage the recruitment and selection process to fulfil talent acquisition needs, including sourcing of candidates and conducting interviews. Corporate HR Policy:
Work in collaboration with country HR teams (Singapore, China, Vietnam) to lead the initiatives for review, develop and implementation of corporate wide HR policies and procedures in line with business needs and in compliance with statutory requirements. Compensation & Benefits:
Lead compensation and benefits programs, including payroll calculation, performance management, job evaluation, rewards planning, healthcare insurance, etc. Act as a HR representative on the Board's Remuneration Committee. Training & Development:
