Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will organize, coordinate and manage human resource policies and procedures, benefit programs, recruitment and retention programs for the company. Establishes strategies for positive employee relations.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Partners with the VP of Human Resource to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
