Lead full-cycle hiring: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding
Develop recruitment strategies; partner with department heads to map hiring needs
Build talent pipelines for critical/succession roles; manage employer branding
Optimize sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, campus)
Ensure positive candidate experience and hiring-manager alignment
