Job Description
Securitas Security Services is seeking an experienced and strategic **Human Resources Manager** to lead key HR functions in our **two** Massachusetts branch offices - Westborough and Wilmington, MA.
This role ensures compliance with employment laws, supports employee relations, and oversees day to day HR operations. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable, approachable leader with strong communication skills and excellent decision-making abilities.
**Location:** Westborough, MA w/ ability to travel to Wilmington, MA weekly
**Shift:** Monday-Friday 9am-5pm w/ some flexibility
**Salary:** $85,000-90,000/year with an additional $500 motor vehicle allowance
