Job Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and onboarding new hires
• Manage employee relations, address concerns and ensure a positive work environment
• Support employee development through training programs and skill enhancement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management systems
• Handle HR administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits management
• Provide the necessary support in the recruitment processes (e.g shortlist of applicants, arrangement of logistics etc) in accordance with approved HR policies / procedures
• Collate re-imbursable claims (e.g leave, sick offs, medical, advances / loan...
