Job Description
- Manage recruitment processes and conduct interviews to attract qualified candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Administer employee performance evaluation programs and provide guidance to managers.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- With experience in DOLE’s regulations and other Labor related concerns of the employees. Can handle work pressures and timelines.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
