Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Express Employment Professionals SA - PTA North
Minimum Requirements:
- B. Com HRM / B.Soc.Sc Industrial Psychology Degree
- At least 3-5 years’ HR generalist experience
- Previous experience working in the mining environment will be beneficial
- Experience working on HR systems will be beneficial i.e., SAGE, Biometrics etc.
- Extensive Industrial Relations experience and initiating disciplinary cases
- Sound knowledge on recruitment / retention practices
- Extensive knowledge on South African Labour Legislation
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially on Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
