Job Description: Support payroll administration, including processing, UIF submissions, and salary reconciliations Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job advertising, screening, interview coordination, and orientation Coordinate training and development initiatives, maintain training records, and assist with WSP submission Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave, and training metrics) and submit annual Employment Equity reports Assist with employee benefits administration, leave management, and HR-related queries Support employee engagement initiatives, including social events, internal communications, and wellness program
