Job Description
- Talent Management – Review and enhancement of current policy
Drive the Performance Management Process (PMS)- Review, enhance and manage the Performance Management process. Bring industry best practice to align with company policy.
- Develop, review, and standardize KRAs and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to define role-specific KRAs and measurable KPIs.
- Ensure timely execution of goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
- Monitor performance metrics and track individual, team, and department-level achievements.
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
Assess training needs and formulate Training and Development plan and drive it- Prepare detailed MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for management review.
