ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Primary duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:)
Staff hourly and non-exempt positions (including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, checking references, selecting qualified candidates and extending offers). Conduct new team member orientation Monitor progress of new team members. Perform exit interviews Provide assistance to team members, team leaders and group leaders in solving work-related problems. Complete wage and benefit surveys Safety performances and OSHA reports Assist Human Resource Manager on special projects as needed JOB QUALIFICATIONS
