Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and office positions Coordinate attendance records and payroll administration Support compensation and benefits implementation Conduct performance management and employee reviews Manage onboarding and employment documentation Handle employee relations and engagement activities Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements Provide HR operational support and reporting to the regional HR team Requirements
