Job Description

onsemi is seeking a highly motivated and self‑driven professional to join its HR Technology team in Korea. The Human Resource Technology (HRT) Analyst will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems, with a strong emphasis on Payroll processing and Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM).

This role plays a critical part in ensuring payroll accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with local labor regulations, while supporting seamless integration and continuous improvement of HR technologies to align with and enable organizational objectives.
