Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and administrative functions within our marine operations business. This role is responsible for managing payroll, statutory compliance, work pass administration, employee lifecycle management, office administration, insurance coordination, and general corporate support functions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all administrative functions, including Accounting, General Affairs, Human Resources, and overall office administration.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by providing strategic HR guidance to support organizational growth and workforce development.
