Job Description
Position Summary: The Human Resources Administration works directly with HR Manager and closely with operations team to ensure all staff and personnel matters pertaining to the plant operations at the facility including, but not limited to recruitment and selection, conditions of employment, staff training, absenteeism control programs, and other administrative tasks. He/she also provides advice and support to Management to ensure compliance with employment and labour laws.
Working Hours : 9am - 5pm
Position Responsibilities:- Assist with Recruitment process, including, interviews, orientation, set up of new plant employees ensuring accurate data entry into Dayforce.
- Providing HR support to plant management Team and plant employees.
- Preparation and assisting with the delivering of various training presentations as required.
