Contribute to HR development at a mining company based in Vancouver as a Senior Human Resources Advisor through JUST HR. Engage strategically in HR operations, enhancing employee relations and workforce planning.
This new position focuses on developing the internal HR function, departing from the shared-services model. You will provide essential support by managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance with BC employment legislation, all while collaborating with various stakeholders in the organization.
