Bachelor's Degree in Psycology, Administration or similars.
Advanced degree or professional certification in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition Orgaizational Psycology or similars-
Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Experience designing, implementing, and delivering recruitment processes and training
Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition projects or initiatives
Demonstrated ability to analyze recruiting data and translate insights into process improvements
Advanced knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
