We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant to support a U.S.-based ABA therapy company that is currently operating in two states and expanding.
This role will work closely with the Director of HR and will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day HR functions. The position is suited to someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes are still being built.

- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 09:00 am - 6:00 pm EST (15:00 pm - 00:00 am OR 16:00 pm - 01:00 am South African Time, depending on daylight savings in the USA)
