This National Guard position is for a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (CLASSIFICATION/EMPLOYEE BENEFITS) (TITLE 5), Position Description Number T5934000 and is part of the IL HRO AF, National Guard. Responsibilities As a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (CLASSIFICATION/EMPLOYEE BENEFITS) (TITLE 5), GS-0203-5/6/7, you will provide limited technical assistance to Human Resources Specialists servicing both Army (ARNG) and Air National Guard (ANG) organizations and the full-time workforce within the state.
