Job Summary: The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role assists in recruitment, employee records management, payroll documentation, and other HR-related tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings on recruitment platforms and social media
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates
- Coordinate with applicants and hiring managers regarding interview schedules
- Assist in the onboarding process of newly hired employees
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records and HR files
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, and notices
