The Human Resources Benefits Manager is responsible for the strategy, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of Internet Brands’ employee benefits programs. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with the company’s growth and acquisition strategy.The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, experienced with multi-state benefits administration, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.Key Responsibilities: Benefits Strategy & AdministrationOwn the end-to-end administration of employee benefits programs, including:
