The Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to step into a standalone HR Business Partner contract supporting an independent technology business within a broader global portfolio environment.
This 6-month maternity leave contract offers the opportunity to partner directly with the Managing Director and leadership team, taking ownership of the full people function within a fast-paced and evolving business.
Operating as the sole HR lead for your business unit, you will support leaders across operational, sales, and technical teams while helping strengthen employee relations, leadership capability, structure, and overall people practices.
This role will suit a commercially minded HR contractor who enjoys autonomy, can quickly build credibility with stakeholders, and is confident stepping into environments where they can add value from day one.
