MACA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at the Gruyere Gold Mine operation on a permanent FIFO 8:6 roster.
Human Resources Manager, this role is responsible for providing proactive HR support and guidance to site leaders, employees and the client’s HR team across all areas of Human Resources. The Human Resources Business Partner will partner closely with operational leaders to support employee relations, people case management, performance management, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives, while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation.
